When I was arrested, some of my property was taken into “Excess Property” in the Police Dept and the rest of it was returned back to my car. In the Police Report written by officer Dufour, it says that he placed my purse and 3 other misc bags with excess property. On the Pink “Excess Property” form, it lists all the stuff that was taken into exess property. Officer Dufour failed to write the BAGS on this pink document and it was not officialized by anyone. All my Very Valuable property taken into excess property was Destroyed due to their Gross NEGLIGENCE.

One of the bags with my BIG HUGE WALLET with all my important things was inside a TRIangle shaped OLIVE GREEN Bag. Josh Wolf knows about this bag because he has seen it. MY WALLET with my ID was STOLEN on 4/29/08, connected to Address of 9420 ROLEX building on Wilshire Blvd where Josh Wolf’s agency is, Repeating Numbers of HORROR.













When I was released from LA County Jail in September 2009, I filed a claimed at the Human Resources office in BH at their Risk Management Dept. They told me they were going to reimburse me only for the items listed on the Pink document because they didn’t know if the bags were taken and placed back in my car or not. At this time, I didn’t know where my bags were because I didn’t have the police report yet. I requested a copy of it and got it a few weeks later.

The Police Report clearly says that my bags were taken into excess property. If the Risk Management people did their jobs properly and INVESTIGATED into this claim, they would’ve read in the police report that it was placed in excess property. They had immediate access to this police report and FAILED to appropriately investigate.

I filed a second claim, this time for the Police Dept, for Risk Management to investigate as to why it wasn’t written by officer Dufour on the Pink document that my bags were placed in excess property with my other things. Risk Management told me that when I signed and accepted the $625 check, that I signed a “Global Release”, and he failed to explain to me what this term means. I’ve repeatedly asked him what this “Legal” Term means and he hasn’t answered me.

GLO”BAL” Release is about the Korean word for “G” as in RATS and MICE, LO is LOWER Body, BAL is FOOT in Korean. Through this word, they want MY ARTWORK to have been done by and to have meaning for SANDRA OH. SHIN “BAL” in Korean means SHOES, and through this Korean word, Sandra Oh wants the Sound of My Korean name WANG “SHIN” WON to BE HER. This is just one of Many “SURFACE SYMPTOMS” of this sick bitch robbing my IDENTITY. If the people at Risk Management did their jobs, they’ve would’ve read in the police report, which they had immediate access to, that the bags were indeed taken into excess property. They told me they weren’t going to reimburse me because they didn’t know if my bags was taken back to my car when I was arrested. I specifically listed them on my claim, even though I didn’t see them listed on Pink document, because I knew these bags existed.
