Rent Checks and Bank Statements 2005-2006

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND GORDON “WAITED” TO DEPOSIT MY RENT CHECKS. AN ACT OF INTENTIONAL CRIME. HE THEN ACCUSED ME OF NOT PAYING.

I was asked to move out of this apt, after 14 months of living there. After 14 months of constant harrassment from LINDA Galiano in the apt above me. Gordon MacDonald wouldn't return my Deposit back and he also complained to me about a JULY 2005 Rent Check more than 5 months later. I don't know any landlord who complains about a rent check Months Later, especially when he did deposit it. Check #1075 had Bounced and in August he REDEPOSITED the Check with the August Rent and they both cleared. If there is insufficient funds, the check number will appear immediately below after the posting of the deposited check.

During the Winter 2005, a few days before CHRISTMAS, I was working for a dentist name NATHAN "ROTH" in San Francisco. He has a Canadian associate name ARON ROSE. He fired me, for no good specific reason, because he wanted the meaning of CHRISTMAS and Connie Pecoraro's Jesus CHRIST "Charlie's Find" to have meaning for Canadian born Psycho Actress Sandra Oh, Doctor CRISTina Yang. Both these dentists names are about NORTHridge San Fernando Valley where "Grey's Anatomy" is filmed and ROSE is about Jesus Christ who "ROSE" on the T"HIR"D Day.

I was extremely upset and distressed over this. I sent Gordon MacDonald a January Rent Check, forgot that I mailed it, and sent him another TWO separate post dated checks, telling him I was recently let go from my job. As the bank statements show, he deposited ALL THREE Checks. The 3rd Check, check #1143, he WAITED a few weeks to deposit because if he deposited all of them at once, it might've bounced. He NEVER mentioned to me about receiving an extra months rent check in January, but was complaining to me about not having received credit for July 2005 rent check when he redeposited that check in August 2005. So now, he's got an EXTRA ONE MONTHS Check from me, Plus my $1900 Deposit. I never saw this money again.

I sued him in small claims court and he LIED about everything, he robbed my rent money, and the judge allowed him, because ROY CHERNUS was set up, because of his name. He was set up like Gor"DON" Mac"DON"ald was set up. The want the Korean word "DON" to have meaning for "HER" as in T"OM" Cruise Mapother, and Connie Pecoraro who's website domain name was registered in "HERNDON" Virginia. DON means Money in Korean.

I met Connie Pecoraro while living at this address and we went out once in May 2005. Her CATHOLIC Theme of Mother Mary began "stalking" me through other people beginning at the address and followed me to Los Angeles where my "housing" situation was Set Up.

I started discovering about this Conspiracy with T"OM" Cruise, Connie Pecoraro and Sandra Oh in June 2006. I moved down to Los Angeles in October 2006.
